  3. Check filter: Ensure washable air filter is properly installed.
  4. Power connection: Plug into a dedicated 115V AC, 60Hz grounded outlet. Do not use extension cords.

WARNING! Do not place in temperatures below 41°F (5°C) or above 95°F (35°C). Ensure the unit is upright for at least 24 hours before first use if transported on its side.

Specifications

Controls and Operation

Access all functions via the digital control panel on top of the unit.

Control Panel: POWER button, HUMIDITY +/- buttons, FAN SPEED (HIGH/LOW), TIMER, FILTER RESET indicator, FULL TANK indicator, CONTROL LOCK.

Operation Modes: Normal (set humidity), Continuous (runs until tank is full or turned off). Settings: Humidity level (35%-85%), Fan speed (High/Low), Timer (1-24 hours), Auto-restart (resumes previous settings after power outage). Indicators: Power On, Full Tank, Filter Clean, Defrost (flashes during auto-defrost cycle).

Drainage Options

Two methods: Manual (water tank) or Continuous (drain hose).

  1. Manual (Tank): Unit stops when tank is full (indicator lights). Pull tank out, empty, and reinsert firmly.
  2. Continuous: Attach a standard garden hose (¾” inner diameter, not included) to the drain port at the back. Ensure hose runs downward to floor drain or sink.

Tip: For continuous drainage, place unit on a stable surface higher than the drain point. Ensure hose is free of kinks.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity.

  1. Clean air filter: Every 2-4 weeks, remove filter, wash with warm water and mild detergent, let dry completely before reinstalling. Press FILTER RESET button.
  2. Clean water tank: Monthly, empty and clean tank with mild detergent to prevent mold/mildew. Rinse thoroughly.
  3. Clean exterior: Unplug unit, wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
  4. End-of-season storage: Empty tank, clean filter and tank, let unit dry completely. Coil hose (if used). Store upright in a dry place.

WARNING! Always unplug the unit before any maintenance. Do not immerse in water.

Energy Saving Tips

Set humidity to 50% or higher when away. Use in enclosed spaces with doors/windows closed. Ensure filter is clean for efficient airflow. Use continuous drain in high-humidity areas to avoid frequent tank emptying.
