Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on level surface away from walls and furniture.

  1. Remove packaging: Take off all tape and protective materials.
  2. Position unit: Place on level floor with at least 12 inches clearance on all sides.
  3. Install water tank: Slide empty tank into base until it clicks into place.
  4. Connect power: Plug into grounded 120V AC outlet (do not use extension cord).
  5. For continuous drainage: Attach hose to drain port (hose not included).

WARNING! Do not operate in temperatures below 41°F (5°C). Ensure proper ventilation around unit.

First-Time Operation

Power on dehumidifier; set desired humidity level.

  1. Press POWER button to turn unit on.
  2. Set humidity: Use UP/DOWN buttons to select desired RH level (40-50% recommended).
  3. Select mode: Choose between Normal, Turbo, or Continuous operation.

  4. Route hose to floor drain, sink, or sump pump.
  5. Replace water tank (unit will not operate without tank in place).
  6. Plug in and turn on; unit will now drain continuously.

Tip: Ensure hose has downward slope to prevent water backup.

Maintenance & Cleaning

  1. Empty water tank: When FULL indicator lights, remove and empty tank.
  2. Clean filter: Remove and wash filter every 2-4 weeks with warm water and mild detergent.
  3. Clean exterior: Wipe with damp cloth; do not use chemicals or abrasives.
  4. Clean coils: Use soft brush to remove dust from rear coils every 3 months.
  5. Reset filter indicator: Press FILTER RESET after cleaning filter.
  6. End-of-season cleaning: Thoroughly clean and dry before storage.
