Installation & Placement

First-Time Setup

Power on dehumidifier; configure initial settings.

Operation Modes

  2. Auto Mode: Maintains set humidity level by cycling on/off automatically. Default mode when humidity is set.
  3. Fan Only: Not available on this model; fan runs only during dehumidification cycle.

Tip: Use Continuous mode for rapid moisture removal, Auto for maintenance.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity.

  1. Empty Water Tank: Remove tank when FULL light illuminates; empty and replace securely.
  2. Clean Filter: Remove filter every 2 weeks; rinse with lukewarm water, air dry completely before reinstalling.
  3. Exterior Cleaning: Wipe with soft, damp cloth; do not use chemicals or abrasives.
  4. Grille Cleaning: Use vacuum attachment to remove dust from intake and exhaust grilles.
  5. Storage: Empty tank, clean filter, dry interior, and store in cool, dry place.

WARNING! Unplug unit before any maintenance. Never immerse in water.

Drainage Options

Two methods for water removal: manual tank emptying or continuous drainage.

  1. Manual Tank: Standard method; empty when FULL light comes on.
  2. Continuous Drainage: Remove tank, attach 3/8" ID hose to drainage port (hose not included). Ensure hose runs downward to drain.

CAUTION! For continuous drainage, ensure hose is secure and unobstructed to prevent leaks.

Safety Features

Auto Shut-off: Stops operation when tank is full (FULL light illuminates). Overheat Protection: Internal sensor shuts off compressor if overheating occurs. Tip-over Protection: Unit stops if tilted beyond 45 degrees. Child Lock: Not available on this model.
